Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga & Gong Bath: Half Day Retreat

Honour the changing of the seasons and 'see in' the Real New Year: The Winter Solstice :)
Join us for a half day retreat before Silly-Season begins.
Top yourselves up, nourish, nurture, relax and revive.

Begin the afternoon by setting up your 'cosy-comfy-cavern', enjoying delicious teas and settling into the space.
This is followed by a lovely, gentle & relaxing Restorative Yoga practice, going into a Yoga Nidra Relaxation.
Kwali will Gong Bath us into the sunset, which is of course, the actual new year for the planet!

Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing, non-physically-challenging, inward practice.
No experience necessary. No flexibility necessary.
Ideal for those of us who are worn out, tired, feeling 'flat', stressed, low energy or 'burnt out'. It is the most wonderful treat to yourself in the winter months when we should ideally be slowing down and hibernating. Restorative Yoga is there for us!

The Gong Bath / Healing Sound Journey is a lay down relaxation for all levels and abilities. No experience required. The Gong's Sound Waves bath your mind and your body. Your brain is taken on a deeply relaxing journey through sound, quite often resulting in a bit of a much needed sleep.
Kwali is the most experienced Gong Master I have ever worked with and all of her gigs are sold out, so please do not miss this opportunity to get a bit of her magic at this dark but delicious time of year.
