Two of the craziest spiritual nutters in the land - Rach Cox and Ailon Freedman- are here to bring you an evening of merriment, dancing and spiritual comedy shenanigans
Rach Cox is 15 years deep in yoga and can not stand the hypocrisy and utter bollocks that is flying around the spiritual arena. She talks about her life as a chav, as a lawyer, a giant queer, her multiple mental illnesses, near death experience and Wim Hof saving her life. All in a days work really. Rach will also offer a Euphoric Chakra Rave to really get your shakti juices flowing.
Ailon Freedman shares stories from his life as a Neurotic Jewish Yoga Teacher, detailing his mythical quest for ‘enlightenment’ alongside his unhealthy obsession with cream cheese bagels. His tales are often interspersed with appearances from his comic alter-egos Trev the Yogic builder, El Guru and Reiki Ron - often described as as “a cross between Harry Enfield and Hare Krishna.’ Ailon is also an honorary graduate of the Woody Allen school of Enlightenment and has recently been taking zoom classes at the Robbie Williams institute of Interpretive dance.
